Griffin Stoddard is a set designer working between New York and Los Angeles. An early fascination with severe and dramatic film characters led to Griffin's career in image making. After studying film at New York University, he worked in the industry as a director before expanding into set design. His background in filmmaking lends to an atmospheric and character-driven approach to creating environments, based in extensive image research, reference accumulation, and close collaboration.
Griffin has contributed to publications such as US Vogue, British Vogue, Vogue Italia, W Magazine, V Magazine, Harper's Bazaar, Numero Magazine, and CR Fashion book. Commercial clients include Burberry, Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs, Self Portrait, Dion Lee, Marni, and Puma.
